5 minutes for relaxed shoulders – mini-workshop
You sit a lot in front of a monitor? Your shoulders or back hurts? Your muscles are tensed? Maybe, you feel like a ton pulls down on your shoulders? You feel pain between your shoulder blades? – then this workshop is for you!
Did you know that the majority of these symptoms can be prevented and eased by a simple drill that takes only a couple of minutes?
During the workshop we will talk about the prevention of the above problems, treatment options and will learn some exercises/drills that you can do in the office, sitting in the car or even when queuing up in a shop.
Many of us tend to store daily tension or emotional charge that is left behind from stressful situations in the shoulder griddle (shoulders, neck and surrounding muscles). This can show in smaller, bigger (occasionally painful) muscle knots, tensed, stiff muscles, loop-sided posture, stiffened neck … and other similar feelings and symptoms.
The majority of these symptoms can be prevented and avoided by a sequence of simple relaxing movements! We will learn these drills at the mini-workshop.
The workshop is lead by Andrea Gurubi vitality therapist, naturopath.
